Event Description:
Associates Committee Chair David O'Sullivan is hosting the Associates Committee's first meeting of 2018. All BRAGB Associate Committee Members are invited to attend this meeting! 

One important goal for this Committee is to raise the trade profile within BRAGB and NAHB by determining how best to be of service to the Builders and how to improve own businesses. 

Discussion topics in 2018 will include:
  • Taking a practical approach to relationship management. How to inform partners and clients about products without wasting anyone's time.
  • How to invest in one another as an integral part of the home building construction trade.
  • Establishing the client interface. Who is in charge of the project? How best to avoid the recipe for disaster!
  • Following standard specification criteria. How to incorporate the change form and be protected. Documenting reasons for not following specs and getting inspector approvals. 
  • How to research your client? Where do referrals came from? Google searches? Home Advisor
 This is for Associates who want to derive value out of their BRAGB and NAHB membership.
