ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: William D’Arrigo serves as the Technical Team Lead for the Massachusetts Residential New Construction Program. His primary role is to manage the team of energy experts that supports the low-rise, renovations & additions and high-rise paths. He also assists in recruiting, training, and assisting participants throughout the process. Along with the New Construction Program, he also performs quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) for the Multi-Family New Construction Program. William has extensive building experience—for more than a decade he has performed HERS Ratings in thousands of units and has more than 15 years of experience in the building and efficiency industry. He is a Quality Assurance Designee (QAD) for RESNET and conducts Rater Trainings. He has also worked in various weatherization programs using his BPI Building Analyst certification. William had also served as a QAD in the LEED for Homes program. William also is a subject matter expert and works on the Department of Energy Resources (DOER) Stretch Code Informational Sessions across the Commonwealth. He also has his Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License and keeps up with current building code.
