About Our Presenters

Rob Brennan, Owner, CapeBuilt Homes

Rob Brennan is deeply involved in the Housing & Climate study currently underway by researchers at MIT and Wentworth Institute of Technology. The study focuses on the convergence of housing and climate and how building lower HERS rated homes without incurring higher costs may be accomplished without impacting climate strategies.

Molly Boesel, Principal Economist, Office of the Chief Economist
Molly Boesel holds the position of Principal Economist in the Office of the Chief Economist at CoreLogic, where she is responsible for analyzing and forecasting housing and mortgage market trends, including the single-family rental market. She has nearly 30 years of experience and expertise in mortgage market analysis, model development and risk analysis in the housing finance industry.

Molly is a frequent speaker at leading industry events and contributor to several industry publications. Her original research blogs for the CoreLogic Insights blog are frequently picked up in national and trade publications and are leverages as news pieces. Last year Molly and her colleagues won an award for their published work on pandemic-related housing preferences, home prices, rent and inflation.
