Event Description:

You don't want to miss hearing about this unique project and tour of the Old School House Condominium project in Reading, MA. Led by Tony Chiarelli of Landmark Associates General Contracting, the Old School House contains 44 units that were heavily fire damaged on June 1, 2017. Landmark Associates came on as GC in 2018 and they expect a mid-2019 completion date.

Attendees will not only hear from Tony, but from Scott Wolf, Managing Partner of Property Management Company,
BRIGS, LLC, Emerson Clauss III whose company, Allegiance Construction & Development LLC has subcontracted the finish work, as well as Lynn Elfland, of Metropolitan Cabinets and Countertops which is supplying all the cabinetry and counters for the building. NOTE: This is an active project. Hard hats are required for the tour. Concact scott@bragb.org to find out how to get a hard hat!
