​BRAGB's Remodelers Council Chair Mike Resteghini of F. H. Perry  Builder invites you on a site tour of three Beacon Hill remodeling projects. Mike, the owners featured suppliers will tell you about the job, what it took to get it done and unique aspects of the work. The walking tour will progress as follows:

 

2 Arlington Street - 15 Minute Tour

This is an outdoor kitchen in a closed in courtyard. Very urban with exposed conduits and city living stuff.

81 Revere Street - 20 Minute Tour

This is the completed project from last year?s tour. Our access limited this time to the basement, kitchen, and rear courtyard.

40 Beacon Street - 25 Minute Tour

This is an in process condominium renovation. Site will be in rough construction phase. Hard hats are a good idea.

We will meet at 2 Arlington. Tour length 15 minutes. Walk to 81 Revere Street. Tour length 20 minutes. Walk to 40 Beacon Street. Tour length 25 minutes. Lunch at 40 Beacon provided by your Remodelers Council. 

Our hosts will have some photo history of each project and will give walking tours.
