Special Guest! BRAGB is honored to have Remodeler Joanne Theunissen, CGP, CGR, of Mt. Pleasant, MI as its Special Guest! Ms Theunissen was installed as the 2018 chair of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Remodelers on January 10 during the International Builders’ Show in Orlando, Fla. As chair of NAHB Remodelers, Theunissen represents over 53,000 members of NAHB who are involved in the remodeling industry.   

“The predicted continued growth in the remodeling sector yields many opportunities for remodelers,” said Theunissen, owner of Howling Hammer Builders, Inc. “I look forward to representing remodelers’ interests on issues such as the labor and material shortage, while doing my best to help their businesses thrive.”
