He was a top producing agent at 3 firms before founding Charlesgate Realty Group in 2003.  P.T.’s primary roles at Charlesgate are to head business development and lead the residential brokerage and investment/development activities of the firm. P.T. has been featured for his real estate expertise on CNBC, CBS Boston TV and Radio, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Boston Business Journal and Banker and Tradesman, among other publications. P.T. holds a B.A. from Boston College in Communications, and an MBA from Babson College. P.T. lives in Newton with his wife Molly, 3 children, and rescue mutt Dexter. Outside of work P.T. enjoys travel, dining, and sports; particularly ice hockey, tennis, and golf.
